About Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique®

About The Class
The IAM®-20 meditation class is 3 hours. You must be present for the entire class in order to learn the meditation technique. At the end of the class, you will have all the tools needed to practice the 20-minute meditation on your own.
The IAM® Class will be taught by Sahaja Douglass, MA., MFT, a trained meditation instructor qualified by Amma. Sahaja has been practicing the IAM® for 15 years and teaching classes for the last 5 years.
